Memorandum of Agreement between the Coast Guard and NASBLA

Purpose

This Memorandum establishes a cooperative agreement between the United States Coast Guard (USCG) and the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA). The United States Coast Guard and the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators recognize that by working together they may better provide to the boaters of America the benefits of the services and assistance available through both organizations.
